This is level 3 of a 5 level journey, spread over five full day workshops.
During these five days we unravel the fundamental elements of sacred sexuality. Each level prepares you for the next. You can take the journey at your own pace and without commitment to sign up for the next level.
It has been created for people who want to dive deep, both advanced and beginners alike. Beginners will enjoy the progressive development of the course and advanced practitioners will enjoy the holistic deepening of Sacred Sexuality.
The journey
This journey supports you in letting go of what has been hindering you from stepping into your power (level 1: the purification), leading you towards a state of wholeness (level 2: the foundation) that allows to engage authentically with others who are also in their fullness (level 3: the temple). As the energies meet and intertwine (level 4: the dance), a natural progression towards heightened intensity ensues (level 5: the heat).
How a workshop day looks like
Each workshop consists of four practice sessions. During the morning session, we playfully explore the theme of the day while getting to know each other. After lunch and some rest, we’ll move into a practice that clears and moves the energy. During the first level workshops, you’ll practice by yourself and during the later levels, you’ll be invited to practice with a partner. The late afternoon and evening session is reserved for partner-/group- practices and Tantric Rituals.

A quick glimpse of all five levels
Level 1
During the first level we focus on purifying the energetical and mental body. The exercises are designed to release stagnation, to let go of shame and judgment and to release any narratives we consciously or unconsciously hold on to and that are keeping us from relating to another authentically, anchoring us firmly into the present moment.
Level 2
In the level 2 workshop, you'll discover how to unlock your heart and open your senses to the boundless love permeating the universe. You'll learn to awaken full-body erotic pleasure from within, sensitizing the body and returning it to its natural state of innocence.
Level 3
Get ready to enter the Temple. During this workshop, you’ll be connecting deeply with your divine essence and it’s embodiment in to this world. You’ll honour and worship each other as expressessions of the divine.
Level 4
Engage in the dance between polarities, energies and bodies. Level 4 is all about the meeting. Explore masculine and feminine energy, learn how to merge with your partner, engage in an exploration of touch (4 elements, yin & yang) and explore the meeting of divine archetypes through movement.
Level 5
Practicing staying present during pleasure and learn how to harvest your sexual energy. Implement all the principles that you’ve picked up along this journey in the heat of the moment.

Please take note: This event takes place at a beautiful studio located on the 5th floor. There is no elevators so please only buy a ticket if you are able to walk the up and down the stairs. You’ll find the studio in the second backyard. Take the outdoor stairs up to the front door of the building.
